Privacy notice

This notice describes the information handled through the TechWorxx website.

Information you provide

When you request a callback, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, selected service, and any optional location, team size, or message you enter. We use this information to respond, discuss services, and manage the inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential business records through the form.

Where inquiries go

Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare-hosted database. A notification is sent to the TechWorxx Microsoft 365 inbox at [email protected]. TechWorxx may add follow-up notes, proposal status, and service values to manage the business relationship. Cloudflare provides website hosting, form processing, and spam protection; GoDaddy and Microsoft provide our business email services.

Basic website measurement

We count page views, phone and email link clicks, and form starts. These counts are not recordings of phone calls and do not identify unique visitors. We also record the inquiry’s landing page, referring website hostname, and campaign labels when available. A temporary session-storage entry keeps this source information consistent as you browse; it does not contain your contact details. We do not use advertising pixels or sell inquiry data.

Security checks

Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce spam and may process device and network signals. Our form service uses a daily salted hash of the network address for rate limiting, with temporary entries scheduled for removal after approximately two days. Hosting and email providers also process technical logs under their own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Retention and access

We keep inquiry records while needed for follow-up, service relationships, and applicable recordkeeping. Basic aggregate website counts are retained for up to approximately 13 months. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information by contacting [email protected]; we will review the request and any recordkeeping obligations.
